Ryan was my first contact and he did a great job explaining everything and helped me through the process. Daimer kept me posted throughout, and she and Antonio made sure I had all the information I needed, along with English who helped with the financial part. The roof replacement was excellent, it went very smoothly and they cleaned up every piece of debris. Ricardo and his team removed the old insulation and added new insulation and took every precaution to make sure it was done correctly. Samuel, Gabriel, and Jose worked hard installing the gutters and I was very pleased. Everyone did a great job and I highly recommend Guardian Roofing. Thank you!

We called Guardian for an estimate for a roof repair. They had a quick response and Greg Bischoff gave us a bid today and he is awesome! We have a rodent problem and he took a video plus pictures to show us the damage. Greg took the time to explain the repair in detail as well as give us the background of the company. Greg was very professional and easy to work with. His friendly demeanor put us at ease. We would highly recommend him. We have not had the repair completed at this time as we are waiting for the critters to be removed.

Jackson was terrific!!!! This is the third major project on our older frame home that Guardian has done for us. The first one was our steel roof renovation and then, the replacement of our exterior chimney, We are extremely pleased, as always, with the entire Guardian team. We cannot compliment our Guardian workers enough on this latest project. Ricardo and Aldo were entirely professional. They were polite and efficient and stayed focused on the job at hand despite Lee's best efforts to distract them. Joel, the delivery driver for the equipment also deserves recognition for his professional, yet friendly, approach to his customer interactions. Again, all the Guardian team, Robert, Alicia and all the office personnel to the field representation (Thank you, Jackson) and finally the field team of Ricardo and Aldo (Those guys aren't just workers, they're craftsmen who take pride in their work.) have been, as always, a pleasure to work with. When the next project comes up there's only one number in the speed dial and that number is Guardian's.

While I didn’t obtain quotes from other companies and initially felt their pricing was on the higher side, I truly believe you get what you pay for. The level of professionalism and exceptional service we received made it clear that the value is there. We’re happy to pay a little extra for quality work and outstanding customer care. We’re hopeful the work itself will be completed with the same high level of care and attention that was evident during the consultation. **This is a follow-up from our consultation.  A team was in touch the next day to schedule our job which was scheduled only 2 days after our consult.  The two gentlemen who came out to do the work were so professional and did a quick, efficient job. We are very happy with their work. I know one of the guys was named Jose, but I cannot recall the other's name. However, they made a great team!

Uriel provided a wonderful overview of work for the and throughout the day gave updates and was sure to keeping me informed on what needed to be done and the method and materials to be used on our re-roofing project. Our new workshop roof looked beautiful and Uriel cleaned the entire area around the workshop. We had an excellent experience working with Uriel and Guardian Roofing.
